Let's play in peace
Pocket Wex is a calm place and we want it to stay that way. We only ask a few things, the same you would in any town where you care for your neighbours.
No insults, threats, mean teasing, harassment or discrimination (origin, religion, gender, orientation, disability). Joking is fine, hurting someone is not.
No sexual, violent or hateful content in messages or character names, and no offensive names or names that pretend to be someone else (or the staff). The game is for players aged 13 and over.
Do not write phone numbers, addresses, e-mails, passwords or other personal data, yours or someone else's, in the chat. No links, ads or spam.
Do not use game bugs to your advantage (report them!), do not use cheating programs, do not sell or trade accounts.
If someone bothers you
- Block them: from their player card, tap "Block". You will not see or write to each other any more. You can unblock them any time from the "Blocked" tab of the friends list.
- Report them: from their player card, tap "Report" and pick the reason. We read the reports and decide.
- A few very bad words are hidden automatically with "***" and cannot be used in names.
What happens if the rules are broken
It depends on how serious it is: we may remove a message or a name, limit the chat, suspend the account for a while or close it for good. We decide with common sense and, when needed, tell you why.
